About Us

Varsity Toastmasters is a vibrant young toastmasters club with a mix of university students, graduates and working professionals. We meet once a week on Wednesdays at 6:00pm on the University of Auckland campus (for a detailed location see here ). Please feel free to contact us as we warmly welcome guests and visitors from other toastmasters clubs.

This is a very special meeting of the Varsity club targeted towards guests. We will have guest competitions and lots of time to mix and mingle. With prices for members that bring along the most guests.

Success at the Area Contest

9th March, 2008

Congratulations to both Nandita and Vivien for a great performance at the Area A1 speech contests. Vivien came second in the Evaluation contest while Nandita won the International Speech contest and will be representing our club and Area A1 at the Division A speech contest.

Happy New Year to everyone.

I hope everyone has had a nice relaxing break. I'm sure all of you are eagerly awaiting the start of our regular meetings for 2008. Please see below for some important information regarding the meetings in the new year.

The first meeting for 2008 will be on January 16th and will be held at our new venue in the Business School. The details regarding the venue are in the process of being finalized so please keep an eye on this website for further details.
